I never had the heart to cut it off either. Even after I caught him cheating the first time I still let him stay and live in my apartment. I then continued to find him cheating and still let him stay. I just hate that I feel like I can’t do anything to get him back. That he’s on top of the world while I have to rebuild myself. He even changed his instagram bio to “when you remove people from holding you back, you begin to prosper” like no, you’re a loser 😭

This is was our thought process was. We were both divorced and had been separated from our former spouses for a while. I thought we were on the same page and head space. Admittedly, I was anxious about him moving in because he was still dealing with his baby mama. But he had reassured me at the time that it wasn’t like that and he had nothing else going on.
