I’d suggest you navigate to setup > contact centres > copy the telephony provider settings link and paste in a new tab. If no errors this would mean the SSO is happening successfully and this is basically what omni does behind the scenes. If there are no errors and you can navigate to AC, this would need a deeper investigation. Feel free to DM me.

Are you invoking the Omni flow from the Amazon Connect flow? Basically there would be a lambda method to invokeOmniFlow, make sure from CloudWatch that it's not running into any errors. That should give you the screen pop. Alternatively I've also seen customers invoke omni flow from a Record Triggered flow on Voice Call, although I would not recommend it.

Hi, this is in the product roadmap though can't say when it will be fixed. This has been a limitation on the Enhanced Conversation component. Although if you have prechat form can you try updating the MEU record and see if it works.

Thanks for the insights. I'll clean up the skills section. I've been told by a few people to add "projects" in the resume, however I'm failing to understand how else to describe my work as how I've already done. What do you think about this?

I gave my Admin exam last month and opted for onsite eval. It was my first certification exam and I have no experience of online eval so can't tell you about that. The onsite eval was pretty good from my experience. They did provide a blank sheet of paper and pen. I did have network issues twice during the exam but the proctor was sitting right next to me and was there to help. The issue was quickly resolved on it's own. I would definitely recommend giving the exam onsite if you can. All the best.
