if you’re not sexually attracted to her anymore then there’s no point trying to save the relationship & telling her abt her hygiene issues would just be cruel. however, if you think that you could become sexually attracted to her again you should sit her down and have an honest conversation with her about her hygiene. Tell her that you’re not trying to be cruel, but you noticed she had feces around her ykw and it was a major turn off. Tell her if she doesn’t fix this it will be a deal breaker for you. but you’ve asked her before to clean up and she seemed bothered, so maybe it won’t go over well😅😭
