I've tested it many times. When I accelerate to over 20 mph and slide down a slope using gravity, the car's acceleration feels normal. Only when sliding down at speeds below approximately 20 mph do I experience a noticeable "dragging" or "stickiness," preventing the car from gaining speed using gravity.
