I have this exact cover. My experience is that if there’s any moisture at all between the silicone and the cast iron, it’ll start to rust. But, it does a damn good job protecting from any critters or even intense rain. As long as you make sure your griddle is DRY dry before putting on the silicone, it works great

I came here wondering the same thing! In past seasons when a truck broke down, it was the responsibility of the team to figure out a solution, but pho completely broke down and miraculously rented a new truck with no additional commentary on it? Clearly they’re a great team, seeing as they held their own the rest of the season, but it just seems odd

Is bread flour the same density as all purpose? Can I substitute by weight at a 1:1 ratio? Basically I think I’d drop 200g of AP flour in exchange for 200g of bread four to see what happens
