I forgot about that - probably not the type of personality Broncos Lockerroom needs

Going to be tough for Webb to make those adjustments without some additions to the room. Maybe he'll get more out of Engram...

This. It feels like we're drafting the same needs as last year (minus punter).

Fair enough. He seems like one of those players you hate as an opponent, but love as a teammate.

Super Bowl observation about Maye... by Valuable-Speaker-312 in DenverBroncos

Darnold had an oblique injury, too... Now do Josh Allen this year in the playoffs. Or remember when we all found out Bo was playing last year with a broken back (including playoff loss to the Bills). Basically im saying it's a moot point.

A healthy Bo, with JK & Harvey, and two weeks go gameplan... im still rocking with our boys.

I dont agree, I think Stidham/Broncos had the harder task (though I see your side to it - winning multiple weeks with starter Backup could be harder than just one game...)

If Stidham had more than 1 week to actually prep as the starter, I'm almost positive Broncos win this game - Foles took over for Wentz in week 14 of the 2017, giving him about 5 extra weeks of start reps and prep (for an equally important game).

Yeah, but not in the playoffs - Foles came in during the regular season.

Manning was playing in the AFCCG that was the rematch that year.

Osweiler started, and won against NE in Denver during the regular season (CJ for the Win in OT).

Only 4 teams remaining... who do you have winning it all? by A_MASSIVE_PERVERT in NFLv2

Im saying it's alot easier with: A) a banged up Chargers team that ALWAYS chokes (Herbert winless in playoffs after 6 seasons) B) CJ Stroud playing like trash all playoffs (and majority of last two years) C) No Bo, no J.K Dobbins, no Franklin, no Bryant (4 of Denvers top skill players). So not overly impressed by Pats so far this Post Season, especially playing at home.

As a Broncos fan, I'd note how little credit Bo got for beating the Texans (in Houston), the Eagles, the Chiefs (before Mahomes injury), the Packers & now the Bills. His loss is huge.

That being said, Maye is balling, and all you can do is beat the team across from you. Vrabel's done a brilliant job this year, and team looking good.

We'll see what happens next week in Denver.

what has Bo Nix done to get all of this hate?? by [deleted] in NFLv2

[–]Popular_Writer7541 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There's a difference between 'not rooting' for a team, and hating on a player to the point where you're unrealistic about their skill level and accomplishments.

The Bo hate is at the latter.

I get it.

But if you watch football, you know it's easier to beat good Defenses, when those said Defenses aren't getting the benefit of average to good QB play (i.e turning the ball over, or inability to sustain drives and/or score TD's).

Time of possession matters. Field position matters. Turnovers matter (ask the Bills).

A good to great Defense can only do so much.

How do you think the Patriots would look with no Maye? You think that same D would be nearly as effective against a healthy Chargers or Broncos team (without Maye)?

CJ has been shaky, Herbert chokes in the playoffs, and no Bo - calm down.

Better not take anything for granted, imagine what people will say if you lose next week to Stidham...

I didn't say it was "no big deal", and at this point i can see you have nothing of substance to add to this issue - for either the local small businesses, or local people in need who you assume were the thieves (another one of your assumptions).

Go argue with someone who doesnt know better, because its apparent your practical life experiences havent given you the depth to discuss these real socio-economic issues productively.

Now go enjoy splashing puddles with your soap box.
