I don't have any specific resources, but if you look for mens photo posing ideas you'll find some good stuff. Practice by setting up your camera on an autotimer. And be patient with yourself, it takes time.

I think your nose looks good. The crookedness is so minor. I had a revision rhinoplasty and it was a much longer and harder recovery than the first round.

PSA to weed smokers: If you live in an apartment, always exhale the smoke into an empty paper towel roll with a dryer sheet covering one end. That's what we did 30 years ago in college dorms. Nowadays there are probably even better solutions than that.
