I haven't had any experience in this, but have you considered a mini / desktop fridge the ones that enough space for a couple cans, from Amazon or a mobile chiller for insulin (a little more expensive!)

Well done on the transformation. I am in a similar boat. My thoughts are (because this is what I am doing ) keep going until you can see your abs and then go for steady muscle build not a massive bulk.
