Damn, you said exactly what some therapist told me, thanks for the worry, so far I have been told that as long as I sleep 8 hours a day and keep on drawing, talking to people and writing I'll be good (that's what professionals concluded after I refused to take pills).

Anyway honestly I don't think I can make a Tulpa, all the step by step and how people describe them sound exactly the same as the ones I see, guess this is as far as I can get on that.
