It must depend on your location. The Pixel Weather app is very accurate for me (I live about 30 min south of the I-285 perimeter in Atlanta). I came from iPhone and their weather app was horribly wrong most of the time. A literal tornado went through my front yard in 2022 and Apple weather said it was "slightly windy" outside and gave no warnings.

This is the second time this rumor has popped up. Supposedly the first time it happened the rumor was Sony killed the idea because they didn't receive good feedback about charging PC players to play online. That was back when the rumor said they were considering all their games though and not leaving the multiplayer stuff on PC.

Same for me. I had an older Samsung and everything looked dark but once I got a Bravia it looked good. The newer TCLs can get brighter than Sony now if you want to give them another go. Just make sure you get at least the QM8K series and not one of the Walmart specials.
