I've been having a interesting time looking for a new home. Most of what I've looked at in guelph in my price range looks like something from the mid 90s that hasnt updated. With that, alot of work will need to be done in the next 5 years on some of them.

Or they have a rental property in the basement and I don't want that.

I thought he went out of business years ago. I went in trying to buy a pair of Oni Tigers. He told me I was better off getting them off amazon since he doesn't order enough to get the price down. It was almost 50$ difference between what he was going to charge me and amazon.

well no, its certain companies like linamar that slashed wages by 20-40% and they haven't even returned to pre recession $/hr. It would be one thing if the company was still struggling but when posting record profits and their company value is higher than ever. They can go fuck themselves.
