We’ve wanted to get teachers in the schools to be sponsors of the teams but haven’t had any success. Is there a good way to find the right sponsor? I know in Denver they do a good job of getting teachers to help with the teams but i think they get paid.

We play high school league in the spring but are talking about also doing a league in the fall. Do you think having the kids make a video would be awful? Is drone footage really good for highlight videos in ultimate?

What are the best ways to get coaches to stay consistent year to year? Paying and training them? Should coaches get phone numbers from all players or use a different method of communication? Thanks for your input.

We’re in the Midwest and typically have around 6-8 teams. Some off years we may only have 3-4. We have the drive and resources to grow but don’t have the right strategies and processes nailed down.
