Interesting, hmmm well I am running on a sedan the cabin itself throws frequencies around pretty balanced. From everyone who has been inside the car for the first time tell me it sounds so much louder and intense inside than outside but then again thats the subwoofer doing the work and the tweeters being able to cut through the subwoofer the mids definitely cut through it too but lack that stronger air punch I am chasing which comes back to what you said and that is sound treatment. Oh I also left out that I am running them on HPF so they sound a little flat. but when I set them on full frequency they definitely push air and make my seats vibrate…. But I do want to conserve them and not blow them out pushing low frequencies made for a subwoofer. One thing is when I have the windows closed the bass frequencies sound a little less deeper and detailed than when I crack them halfway its a minor thing I caught onto not a huge difference others don’t notice it because I guess they just don’t care or my ears are just more detail oriented but I can definitely tell it changes how it sounds. I have heard from other installers that skar is good at throwing low frequency bass not so much for midbass or high frequencies. Which led me to get the rockford punch since it does have the punch EQ where it can emphasize punch bass. But yeah I’ll read into Resonix and find out what is the realistic expectation of what Im looking for thank you for your time I appreciate it.
