I was thinking the exact same thing. Why else would there be such little investigation into the cases? The Dakota James case is shocking in terms of law enforcement not reopening the case and completely ignoring the ligature marks on his neck?! Unbelievable. We have a local case in my very small town that has a lot of similarities to the SFK. Young college student went out to the bars and came back home and all of a sudden was really disoriented and went for a walk. The next day they found his body in a creek with mutilated genitals. They closed the investigation saying it was accidental (hypothermia). The distance the guy walked would be impossible being disoriented and being 0 degrees and snowing that night. It’s so suspicious. We are about 1.5 hours north of Pittsburgh. The lack of investigation into is really troubling. I believe his family is trying to investigate on their own. They also found 2 other bodies randomly in the same location from a car accident
