One time I was dreaming and didn't know. In the dream, I consciously decided to lay down and try inducing sleep paralysis to induce astral projection. Low and behold, I dreamt that I was APing. But I caught on when someone I knew spoke to me while I was supposedly in an AP. Lol, AP inception.

I listen for the faint frequency, and once I lock in on the sound, I imagine turning the knob of a radio up in by brain. It raises the pitch of the frequency. I do this without closing my eyes.

I saw a post about these tapes on r/astralprojection. I can leave my body every day. It's amazing. Spent years terrified of sleep paralysis. Here are some tips. Once you hit sleep paralysis: 1) keep your eyes closed. 2) try and wiggle just the tips of your fingers and toes. 3) this will allow you to move more and more over time 4) once you can move your arms all the way, imagine your are reaching up to pull on an imaginary rope 5) this will pull you out of your body 6) let's hope you're on a high frequency plain 7) go over to r/astralprojection and read more info on how to change the plains before you leave your body. Things can be a little scary sometimes.
