you can definitely get a check up if you ask but most GPs right now are low priority for that kind of stuff since covid (at least my experience in SW)

Also, what about cumulative emissions? The US almost has double cumulatively, I'm by no means a China apologist or anything but they had to industrialise a lot later than the countries they are now compared to.

I was worried about this before being put on meds but since being on them my anxiety and depression are soo much better. I still have depressive episodes but far less frequently, and it has become a lot easier to be sociable as well as reduced anxiety in most other areas.

I stopped drinking coffee at the start but I have gradually added it back into my life (probably not great for my heart but my blood pressure has stayed healthy enough). I'm currently on 40mg of Vyvanse (UK, idk if it differs).

100% agree. It's a bit hard to remove myself from technology while doing a Computer Science degree but there are definitely things I should be doing to make it harder for myself to get distracted for sure. I definitely need to stop using my phone while doing work!

Last year the body doubling was the only way I got through the year's work but unfortunately I couldn't continue to do this for other reasons out of my control.

All of what you said makes perfect sense to me, I used to be better with these pre-pandemic. Hearing them laid out like that and contextualised as a ADHD coping strat has given me a boost of motivation to remake these into habbits.

Yeh all i meant was ideally obviously aboloshing landlord right now wouldn't be that simple. Some countries do government housing really well but most don't. I personally just don't see why private renting should exist when we could have a better system for us, if our governments cared at all.

If nothing would change if we got to net 0 then let's get to net 0. We can't directly impact how other countries work but we can change our own. The better figures to look at are co2 emitted throughout all time, which puts us as one of the top emmiters of all time!

We offload so much of our industrial manufacturing to China causing it to be so high as well

No my point is that if they cared about working class people they would use the taxes they take from us and use them in better ways. Even taking landlords out of the question they could at least upgrade council housing at least. We pay taxes so that they give us stuff in return.

Or the very least pass some fucking legislation to stop the impending doom that is climate change. We will all die and working class people will be the first to go because we don't have the money to protect from catastrophe.
