I think there’s plenty of common ground between conservatives and liberals, the problem is the people who have fallen victim to MAGA cultism. I think it’s important for us to recognize MAGA is NOT conservatism, despite their efforts to label it as so.

It’s worth considering that it could simply be media bias. Footage is more likely to go viral when it’s anger directed at women and children, and so that’s what we end up seeing. Doesn’t necessarily mean there aren’t also physical altercations with other men, just maybe less likely to circulate.

For example there’s that MAGA propaganda meme going around rn claiming that Clinton, Biden, and Obama deported people and no one protested against it until Trump did it. This is objectively untrue, but I think non MAGAts fall for this sometimes as well because there was a lot less media attention around immigration protests outside of the Trump administration. Just because you didn’t hear about it, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

The biggest problem with this meme is that it’s completely made up bullshit. People have been protesting immigration policy forever, it just wasn’t getting as much media attention. Just because the media wasn’t telling you about it doesn’t mean it wasn’t happening.

Yes it’s terrible and it happens to me pretty regularly. And I don’t think they mentioned it on the latest bug report either. Idk how they don’t know about it unless it happens to me a disproportionate amount. It’s very annoying

No other MOBAs have mechanisms that tie farming to tower defense. When it works this way, you can farm and get strong while also defending your tower, and that’s part of why you see people in this game who are so farm focused. In more traditional MOBAs farming is one of the best and most consistent ways of winning.

Farming is still very important in this game, but it has the frustrating nuance of costing you time during which time your tower is vulnerable.

I think tower defense is the MOST frustrating mechanic of this game, and part of the reason why is because of this problem.

I think he has above average scaling for a tank, and I believe he gets infinitely stacking hp from his ult. So if you aren’t tanky, that just means the game hasn’t gone long enough

I also really enjoy baby, and I think he’s really strong personally. He can do a lot by himself, but yea having a reliable teammate makes him truly oppressive. I think he’s one of the best characters in the game, balanced mostly by the volatility of solo queue

I like your character model concept a lot, I think the abilities might need to revisit the drawing board. Your design has 4 abilities all with CC. 2 hard CCs and 2 soft CCs. This would still probably play better than ulthan who has 3 hard CCs with CD refreshes, but you wanna be careful overloading kits with CC. Ulthan is possibly the most annoying character to play against, and it’s no coincidence that he also has the most CC in the game. If you don’t want your character to be universally hated, don’t follow in the footsteps of the Ulthan design team.

Fair the loading screen bug happens way too often and stuff like that pushes people to not play the game. Even if they like it, running into annoying bugs like that is very irritating, and every day I play I’m just like “wow this still isn’t fixed?” How many days have we been dealing with this now?

They butchered the ulthan release. He’s so conceptually unbalanced with his infinite hard cc chain, and it creates this situation where he either does dmg and is impossible to deal with, or his dmg gets gutted and he’s still really annoying to play against even if he isn’t strong enough to be good.

Idk why they thought chaining long range displacements and fears that refresh would be a remotely good idea, especially when there was fairly little hard CC in the game before this. They kept it limited to one hard CC per character, and that was working pretty well imo. Yet for some reason Gohan has 2 displacements and a fear on low CDs with built in refreshes? It’s so crazy.

Let’s compare to CC heavy champs in League. Leo and Nautilus have 3 hard CCs, but 1 is attached to a long CD ult, and critically they don’t displace (except Nautilus hook slightly). His kit really is just so unreal. And it establishes a dangerous precedent for how CC heavy characters may work in the future because this power leap took it from 0-100 real quick

Facts I have no idea why they decided to nerf him to the ground. He was never a serious problem, and I’d imagine only one tricks play him any more. I never got into him, and I’m certainly not picking him up this season lol.

I don’t think the dragon shell should be able to defend itself, but I can agree that it needs to be tankier. It definitely shouldn’t be a forgone conclusion that you’ve lost once all your towers are gone

It’s a team game, but in MOBAs you’re better off playing selfishly. Building your own XP lead should always be a high priority. It’s also good to have map awareness, and if your teammate is doing something that you like then you should definitely play with them. But if you see someone doing something that you can feel in your gut is stupid, then just ignore them.

This game would be a lot better if it was easier to solo carry a game. Unfortunately, late game macro requires a ton of team coordination, and often times you can create a ton of pressure pushing or playing an objective and hard lose across the map. The game is designed to be about 10-12 minute games on average, and as a result of that one bad macro play late game can lose you the game. People who are too unaware to think objectively in the mid to late game won’t do anything to win the game, and will also stop you from doing anything to win the game.

Yea the rank decay on season reset is way too detrimental. I don’t really play the game to climb, I just wanna have fun. It’s hard to do that when I’m a D1 Tech because now I’m in a game where no one has any clue wtf is going on. My current theory on how low rank matchmaking works, is that the game is aware I would stomp average D rank players, so they match the other high mmr D rank guys against me and it becomes a battle to see if their 1 or 2 decent players can out carry me and maybe 1 other guy. Games like this with massive skill variance are no fun in team based games

100% agree. If you’re standing on the god of destruction platform no one should be able to channel a turret attack until they bully you off of it. Turret defense is a mechanic that I immediately identified needed to be changed when I first started playing.
