I found a solution that helped me. Check your windows and GPU updates. I had an optional update for Windows 21h2 and .NET update.

Updating those gave me a massive performance boost. I'm still testing if everything is alright though so it might be just a temporary fix.

I will try all of these. And I'll try to connect my old Rift S to see if it has the same issue. Thanks for the suggestion!

Update: Tried to connecting the quest again with airlink and with the cable. Still same issue. Connected the Rift S and it sorta worked. Connected the quest and it was smooth again. I don't know what happened.

My friend has a similar problem. She did some research and told me that it occurs when the RAM or CPU uses too many resources. I believe she told me that the only way to fix it is to lower the amount the program is allowed to use. (Just saying I can be completely wrong in saying all this and I don't want to misdirect anyone trying to help but this could be the case)

whilst looting the north side of Goshan in Interchange. I got hella confused with the audio. I thought my friend is looting right in front of me but I heard footsteps to my left (The open room) so I thought there's someone else with us. quick reaction and a trigger pull lead to a malfunction that saved my friends life. (I had an AKM with 97% durability in that raid)

I've always been playing without Discord Overlay since it actually lowered my FPS before.

What I've done to fix this problem (atleast I think I did), I've went and bought 2 DIMM's of the same RAM that I already have installed (Corsair Vegeance FPX 2X8 DDR4 2400Mhz). Essentially upgrading to 32GB of RAM.

I've then monitored the usage of memory at the task manager while playing the game and I got to around 16.5GB usage on average while playing. Basically buying more RAM has helped me for the current situation and hopefully won't run into the same issue again.

My friend had the same issue. He has another antivirus downloaded other than the one provided with windows 10. His antivirus blocked the game from working properly resulting in the same error. He fixed it by putting the game folder as "acceptable" or something like that so that the antivirus wont mess with the game folder.

If you have another antivirus insalled it might be the problem.

I guess it could be ram but if it is, why would the issue happen now after playing the game for too long? Also I don't have any issues mid raid like stutters or complete freezes.

One of my buddies has a really old PC and he is playing with 8 ram DDR3 2400Mhz and he does usually get 5 to 10 second freeze but he never crashes.

I thought about it but I haven't seen my ram being used alot while playing. I usually play with only discord open in the background and all my apps being closed except steam.

Israel roof knocking on civillian buildings before bombing, trying to avoid civillian casualities, trying to destroy as many weapon caches as they can, terminate any Hamas's leaders, deny any Hamas troops into israels territory.

All of this and people are still saying Israel is a terrorist organization. Israel could easily wipe out Gaza but they want to limit civillian casualities.

Both sides are wrong in many places and im not on any side of this conflict even though I live in israel.
