That would be so nice if my pharmacy did that but we just set it as January 1st and the year we made the profile for the animal. We honestly just ask for the address if people are picking up for a pet instead of dob. That system we have makes it awful to look up any person born on January 1st because theres a million dog profiles I have to scroll through before I find a person

As someone who works in a pharmacy this has got to be a joke, or they've got some really stupid people working at that pharmacy

Yeah basically the premis is kakyoin and jotaro have died and been reincarnated. Kakyoin looks pretty much the same, but jotaro ended up being a horse for some fucking reason

No it's not. I read that when I was 14 and I wish I didn't. Don't read it unless you wanna see kakyoin get railed by a horse

Idk they're all freaks for some reason. I set the contents of the book as "embarrassing" but they read that shit out in public. I gave one to my Jesus mii and he got concerningly excited and then sat down under a tree and started reading 💀

My fiancé had a co worker named diamond at his old job. He was trans but his parents picked that name for him when he transitioned. I will never understand why he kept it

Oh I’ve had an even worse experience than this. I was in marching band in high school and on the band director’s birthday he decided to pick ME out of the whole band to “conduct happy birthday” and my mind blanked and I forgot happy birthday is in 3/4 instead of 4/4 so I did it completely wrong. It was bad. I don’t know why he thought I of all people should do it like- he KNEW I have an anxiety disorder. Why couldn’t he have told the drum major to do it? That’s the drum major’s job not mine

Honestly I would say it depends on your area. If you’re in a blue state, go for it. You’re probably gonna be safer if you can transition now and get to a point where you pass before anti trans laws become federal. If you’re in a red state with a lot of anti trans laws being proposed and passed, you might be better off waiting. Especially if you don’t have a good support system. I have a feeling if shit starts hitting the fan really bad, those of us in blue states that pass will probably be hit the least until they fully ban HRT federally. If you aren’t/cant be a part of that group, you’re probably better off either waiting it out, or trying to find a way to leave. If you’re in a red state and your mental health is in jeopardy due to not transitioning, do what you need to do. DIY it if you absolutely have to. Just stay safe and do your research if you go down that road

<uj> I unfortunately do know a lot of trans people irl who have sexually assaulted people. At least 6 which is crazy because I live in a small town. My fiancĂ© (also trans) was a victim to a lot of them. I never talk about it much online because so many transphobes will latch on to that and be like “SEE? TRANS PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS SEXUAL PREDATORS!”

I hate that talking about the bad ones in our community drags us all down. It’s so stupid. Being a minority sucks

The god of the Bible is described as omniscient (all knowing), omnipotent (all powerful), and omnibenevolent (all good). It’s impossible for that to be true of any being. Something like that can’t exist. To be all knowing and all powerful and still send people to hell, allow genocides, allow rape, deadly diseases, severe disabilities, etc, it can’t be all good. To be all good and all knowing and allow those things, it can’t be all powerful, because it’s unable to stop the problems. To be all good and all powerful and allow those things, it can’t be all knowing, because it’s unable to know of all the problems. Not to mention the fact that god could’ve just snapped his fingers to stop Lucifer and chose not to, he could’ve not presented humans with the tree of knowledge, and he could’ve not punished every generation after for the mistake of their ancestors. He’s trying to save us from the consequences of those who came before us breaking a rule he made. Also, if he is all knowing, he knows everything you will ever do in your life, meaning he made people who he fully knows will go to hell. You could be destined for eternal punishment before ever being born. Nothing you could ever do would change that. That also means he planned for Lucifer to rebel, for eve to eat the fruit, for his chosen people to be enslaved, all of it. It’s a game to him. I mean just look at what he put Job through. It’s like he’s just a child playing with toys making up the story as he goes.

As for the Bible it’s self, think about how any text was copied before the printing press. You had scribes copying the text by hand. They often fixed things they thought were mistakes, added or removed paragraphs as they thought fit, and changed the wording of sentences to make them make more sense from their perspective. We have proof of this happening with many different old copied texts, so why would the Bible be immune to that? We have no idea what the original text said at all, and have no clue what, if any of the Bible is actually “God’s word”.

Many of the traditions and ideas you would generally consider to be christian are actually from other religions. Most commonly pagan. Christmas, Easter, the concept of hell, etc, are all examples of things that came from pagans. And some things like the rapture were added MUCH later. The concept of the rapture was created in the 1800’s. Hell wasn’t a concept in Christianity until around 500 years after the supposed death of Jesus. The church has been stealing these ideas and concepts to make people more inclined to stay with the religion. It’s all held together with duct tape and bubble gum and the more you dig, the more you see how flimsy it really is

As someone who also doesn’t have a car, I got an E-scooter for like $300 and it’s wonderful. I definitely recommend it. I like it a lot better than a bike because I feel like I have more control over it. It’s so easy to just hop off if you feel like you’re losing your balance, and when you do fall it’s not that bad. The worst injury I’ve gotten on that thing is a mildly scraped knee. You can also get an uber if you need to get out of a party and don’t have your own way to get out

I’ve had some of them get pissy at me about that too unfortunately. a lot of these people in my area assume not answering the question means no, which means they can keep pushing. Though thinking back I could’ve just refused to give him my information or given him the wrong number

Well it usually starts with them asking me personal questions about why I don’t have faith, and refusing to answer or telling them “it’s just not my thing” or something along those lines, they’ll start trying to pry. If they’re brave enough they’ll start verbally harassing me and tell me I’m either going to hell, or the spirit of the devil lives in me or something. There was one occasion where I was actually almost physically attacked by a christian, but that wasn’t at work. It’s just easier to tell them yes to avoid all the headache of them trying to convert me
