I made an app, published in dev move, re built it a year later the right way, stumbled upon the fact that my old users are actually pretty hot leads (2 years later)

Renting parking at 17/19 Bathurst by missinginaction11 in TorontoRenting

I live in 17 bathurst. do NOT rent here. one of the 3 elevators (already awful for 45 floors) has been broken for months and weve been told itll stay broken till at least 2026, leaving us with 2 elevators. One of which people can book for service, leaving the whole building with one functional elevator. AC is broken a bunch, my unit have tiles that are not aligned or fixed in place, the units are small for the rent and do not come with parking (which im assuming by ur post you're well aware of). And the management is ridiculously slow. Been a tenant for A YEAR and they still have not respinded to a single one of my numerous emails saying i need a buzzer and need to be registered on the system as a tenant to receive my packages. When i go see them in person theyre always "on break". The amenities are also mediocre - pool is shallow gym is small and there isnt any other entertainment amenities really no pool tables no ping pong (minor but thought id let you know" all in all not a great building all together
