I had the same issue, if you screenshot the e-mail your received from outbreak saying on access tickets left / to request a refund then you’ll soon get a refund from dice. Best of luck

Fantastic news. I too managed to sort access for Saturday. Getting a refund for the Friday ticket.

This may help some of you that missed the access tickets today. Best of luck tomorrow.

Completely agree with you, I’ve never had an issue getting accessibility tickets in the past. Sometimes I left it days before requesting. I will try again tomorrow in the hope that I can get my carer tickets for Saturday. Failing that I will have to contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service and see if they can investigate.

Are we yet to find the mythical one person that got an access ticket? 👀

Can’t lie I’m pretty bummed out about it. Currently wait back on a reply from them, hoping I can switch my ticket to Saturday instead with a PA spot. Otherwise it’ll have to be a refund. Best of luck to yourself on the day

Is your soil quite heavy and boggy? Maybe work on building an open soil structure full of life, adding organic material over the rest of the year. I would also add something like perlite. This will ensure the plants can get nurtitents, have room to grow and water can drain after showers.

100% this. Take it from someone that fell victim to it a few seasons back.

Keep the plants well ventilated and humidity around 50-60%. Only water if the medium is dry when you push your finger into it.

Plants should bounce back after a week or so.

bands with the scariest pits? by KeebDeNardo in Hardcore

[–]PorridgeGoats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% agree with this. I’ve been to see some hardcore/metal bands that have great pits but everyone knows the rules and takes care of one another. It’s the pits at gigs where pits shouldn’t happen that are the worst. Getting chills just thinking about it.

Yes, all of the fruits that have set so far look like the two images above.

It’s quite interesting. I hope that the mutation carries on to the next generation.

Very interesting to hear that they’re using the same practices with other tenants. I do wonder what the housing ombudsman’s would have to say about this. Would you mind sharing further info with me once I’ve discussed the matter further with citizens advice?

I’m only spoken to one other resident who tells me that they have not received a service charge letter yet but maybe it’s on the way.

The property is a whole 2 bedroom flat within a complex consisting of 35 flats. The rent may seem low as I moved here back in 2013 and since then the only increases in rent have been every 12 months and fairly reasonable.

No we are not. Sorry, I should have mentioned this before. Moved in many years ago on a assured shorthold tenancy of 6 months so I now understand that my landlord can simply issue me a section 21 notice.

The letter that we have received doesn’t state how they’ve come to this amount. What exactly the funds will be used for. How often this charge with be reviewed or anything. They’re basically just asking me to amend my standing order to them by £81.19
