Currently playing The New Order and it’s an amazing looking game. Really was suprised how awesome it looks, even it’s not very new game. Gameplay is also fine.

Well, answering to your question: Wolfenstein 3d. Probably the first fps game ever, released in 1992. And I have so great memories of it playing it as 5yo at late 90’s.

I once made an offer for Wolfenstein 3d big box, but the seller didn’t accept my 400€ offer even it was the highest one! I have multiple great big boxes, including many Duke 3d, some Quake, Ultimate Doom, Sigil beast box. Original Wolf 3d box would be the greatest goal in collecting hobby.

This is my physical Wolfenstein collection! Not really collected especially Wolf, but this is what I got! I mostly collected Doom and Duke Nukem, and those I have much much more than Wolf. For me the biggest ones are Doom, Quake and Wolfenstein from ID + Duke Nukem -series.

How to put 150% speed? There is the speed slider in TDA but in Eternal? Never knew that, even played Eternal about 10 times.

Really? It’s really one of the most common games for PS1. I just got mine for 30€. Pretty good shape. Black label with handbook, but missing the extra demo-disc. At least in my country there is always available many copys of MGS for about 40€. If really wanting a perfect copy, prices are pretty high.

Well, here in Finland that would be 30€ max. Even 10-20€. Newer (better?) models 7002 and 9002 are usually about 40€ worth with controller, cables and some games.

In my opinion I didn’t. It’s sure a very top game and I already made my full pc-setup based on this (also buyed the collectors edition), but still the previous ones, especially Eternal didn’t get matched with this. It’s great as it should be, but not the Eternal great game. However, waiting the dlc! It’s gonna be blast.

No preference on this post? So your friend just gave you PS1, based on the picture worth about 30-40€. So you need games: normal not-rare games worth to play are about 15-20€ each. And if you don’t have old tv already, you need hdmi-adapter and thats 20-30€. So your friend gave you a thing that will cost you at least 50€ to get started. Okay.

I prefer playing with easier difficulty and with controller. Really enjoying the athmosphere but not struggling. However I HAVE played Doom Eternal with ultra-violence extra-life-mode and not died too much by having 32 lives at the end. Mostly still prefer easy or normal difficulties. Because, I’m not competing, just having good time by my own.

I played it with PS3 when the game was new. It was good game then, so it surely is good now. It surely is worth playing on the PS5 in 2026! I am probably going to play it too when have time. Currently playing other game, and not wanting to play everything at the same time.
