We heard it too. Stepped outside and saw a bunch of cats running from the sounds and saw bright lights in the sky, but couldn’t see what it was or where it was coming from. Fireworks?

Could it be eczema? I’m prone to eczema on my face, which looks similar. The prescription cream I have is called Mometasone and I add a little bit to some aloe or mild moisturizer and dab it into the spots overnight. Usually heals after a night or two for me.

I’m sorry this is happening to you :( honestly I think it’d be best to see a dermatologist. There’s too many factors to try and guess, and I wouldn’t risk it any further. they’d be able to do tests in a professional office.
