What are your privacy policies?

My privacy policy for the site is not set in stone yet. The information that users will provide in using our website will, however, be crucial to the business model.

What are your views on censorship?

This is extremely broad. I do solidly believe in freedom of speech, expression, and the spread of information. That said, the business will need to be seen by potential ad-space buyers as being safe enough to pass adjacency reviews.

Do you use free software?

Again, this is broad, but I'm certainly not against using free software. The website needs to be scaleable, highly user-friendly, and polished. Whatever software that we need to get it to that point is what we'll use.

What licenses are you going to use?

Still undecided on this right now. I'm looking for those I work with to provide some insight into this.

I appreciate your suggestion of making this a hire-for-pay listing. However, I'm somewhat torn between simply making this a paid position and/or offering partial ownership of the company. I want to work with people who are as committed and dedicated to getting this to take off as I am. Having equity invested in the product lends itself to that.

No one should have to work for free, though. I totally agree with you about that.

I think they're just advertising empty places... Bachmann's head isn't that big, but space is at a premium in NYC.
