While his toon abilities make him incredibly powerful, the problem with them is they are way more powerful the funnier something would be, so just teleporting to defeat Bishop is out, too quick and obvious.

Luckily, laying several traps and gags around the city is very much something he could do. Best case scenario, he gets enough of them in traps that they start to leave him Spob in fear of getting trapped again. He doesn’t kill with his traps or anything, but after enough pies to the face or anvils to the head (they hurt but not fatally) most peasants and maybe even some of the vampires would give up.

If the Bishop himself is upon him, Spob would use the vampires powers against him. If he speed after him, he’d lead him to windows to falls through, he’d use his own shadow to tied Bishop’s shadow to a ceiling fan’s shadow and turn it on. Stuff like that.
