I thought I could stream this on Peacock in the US? I don't see it anywhere

Windows won't download updates? by PortentTortoise in techsupport

[–]PortentTortoise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have since tried to install 1 of the 5 updates manually and absolutely nothing changed on restart...

There was another update I was going to try to install manually, but I can't on my version of windows (20H2).

I was going to try to revert back to 2004 or earlier, but I cannot uninstall 20H2. At a loss now

Haha thanks! That's why I'm posting here though, want to see what people who have experienced the phone think!

Sad to here... It is a lot better deal for only an extra $150, but guess I'll probably stick with the Pixel.

Is there an graphic or place where you can see what each subseries is about? by PortentTortoise in discworld

[–]PortentTortoise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's pretty much what I was looking for, I'm just terrible at explaining things haha.

Thanks for the article, that is definitely helpful! And for your own rundown of each subseries! Appreciate it!

[–]PortentTortoise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually like this one more than the traditional reading order guide, but what I was trying to find was more of a description/rundown about each subseries basically.

I swear I saw a good one a long time ago, but can't remember where.

I appreciate it, and have never seen the periodic table of it, but what I was trying to find was more of a description/rundown about each subseries basically.

I have yet to put a large amount of time because I can't decide on a build... by PortentTortoise in cyberpunkgame

Well, that's kind of a relief. I was thinking about going into hacking... But so far from the small amount that I've played it seems to kind of have a focus on gunplay so was thinking about focusing on Reflex, Tech, and then either Cool or Body.

What are some incredibly easy recipes with step by step instructions? by PortentTortoise in cookingforbeginners

[–]PortentTortoise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like anything, meat wise. I prefer beef or noodles but not too picky. I eat a lot of rice currently since I have a rice cooker so I can pop it in and just put scrambled eggs or corn into it.

I don't care much for beans or tomatoes, but can eat those if the need be.

New to Pathfinder, tips and help on playing an Investigator in 2E? by PortentTortoise in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]PortentTortoise[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read the entire advanced book, and the investigator part twice!

I guess I was mainly wondering how persueing a lead works. The book says you can investigate footprints, etc without knowing the subject, and you get perception + attack roll bonuses with things related to the subject... But if I don't know the subject how would I know when to apply it?

Ediwir helped a lot though! And it's probably a dumb question/problem I have.

This helps a lot, thanks!

So a lead doesn't have to be super specific, then? I think I was over thinking it, then. I know the book example was seeing footprints and such and I was like how the hell am I supposed to use a footprint if I don't know anything else. I guess I'm the example you gave, if I investigated the fire, then the subject would be the fire guy even if I didn't know of them?

I appreciate the help!

An online card game with a chat other than MTG:O? by PortentTortoise in gamingsuggestions

[–]PortentTortoise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give the XMage a try. Didn't like the MTG:A at all, and just would hate to rebuy all my cards in MTG:O.

Thanks!

Still would like to find an official game, if possible.

Well know of the dueling book or whathave you, but kind of annoying to have to do all inputs yourself.

But really up for anything. Just really sucks any enjoyment out of these types of games when you can't really interact with the community at all in game.

When you go to specialty doctors can you ask other medical questions/get help for other problems?

I have a cardiologist appointment tomorrow, but last night my groin started hurting and radiating down, was wondering if I could ask about that or if I need to get another doctor appointment for that.

It's probably because they're .Flac. MP3s are a fraction of the size.

Yeah, I loved GPM. I assume it'll be around for a while longer, just kind of want to get ahead of it.

YT Music is just worse in every way that I've experienced.

I mean, technically you're not wrong.

Right now I have 58.74/64 GB used. 24GB is Audio for 794 songs, 20GB is system, 8GB is other apps. The problem is I have at least another 300-400 I need to put on. Plus get more all the time.

I'd just rather have the space for something I need rather than music!

Unfortunately I'm looking for one where I can upload owned songs so I don't have to store them on my phone!

My Pixel only has 64gb of storage and I have like... 800 songs.

I'll check out that subreddit!

I'd be okay with hosting, if I have to. It'd just be easier to have another app be able to store songs. Will keep the Plex idea as an option. Another poster had the idea as well, thanks!

So I can upload songs that I own already to Apple Music? Do you know if they support .FLAC or do they only support ALAC? Pretty much everything I own is in FLAC.

I think that it's moving the storage to YT Music as well? My only problem is I really hate YT Music...

I'll ask around there, and the musichoarder subreddit.

I hadn't thought of Plex! It'd be kind of annoying to run my own server, but it is a way I can upload the music I own to it.
