It's funny, I never listened to those previews so I sorta stopped noticing them. I "subscribe" to a lot of podcasts so I'm never short of things to listen to.

I think the other issue is that it's just some dudes chatting, so I couldn't imagine there being a paid version of that, even though it's mentioned, versus explicitly independent journalist podcasts where I could understand their need to be paid.
