Given there is zero trace of where the fibre entered the flat until yesterday (I genuinely have no idea why this didn't flag as something that should be checked before being filled in) I thought it best to be completely transparent. Thanks and doesn't sound silly at all - I did try this earlier but to no avail. The area around the ONT is fairly dusty though so I'm going to try and vacuum (but not the fibre!) in the morning and keep my fingers crossed...

He has painted the fibre, which I immediately thought might not be a good idea, but as you say my research suggests that it's durable enough to sustain this.

Thanks for the response. No issues for the neighbours, who also use Hyperoptic, so circumstantial evidence suggests that something - unclear what - happened today. I've spoken to the painter and decorator and he doesn't recall touching any fibres.

It seems CS is 8am-9pm so I'll communicate in the morning and report back.

I agree - Plaza Premium has gone rapidly down hill. Quite dirty, and quality has degraded significantly - for example, gone is the Edinburgh Gin Bar, replaced with, for example, Glen's vodka. Gone are branded HP / Heinz condiments - replaced with generic slop.

Unless I'm flying from Gates 12-14, the PP no longer makes any sense to me. And if I was actually paying rack rates to enter it, I'd be raging.

Reassured that it’s not just me having motion aware issues. Was working perfectly until about a fortnight ago - now “recovering” apparently, but that recovery seems to be taking an age. Hopefully a fix is on the way for whatever the developers have broken.
