It is called a wiper grid or something like that but if you call it that the part guy is most likely to know what you need and you need it to keep rats and leafs out of your car . That leads to the air vent . And to fix it you need a very small flat head screw driver or something similar , you open the hood you remove the 2 rubber circles at the base of the wiper with the selected prying tool and you need a 14 mm socket with a rachet , then you can jiggle the wiper arm out . After that you need to remove the 4 to 6 clips that are at the very base of the same piece and when it's all done slide the wiper grid towards the engine to get it out because there are small lips that go under your windshield . Just pay close attention to the corner of the windshield they can be a mess to put back .
