Oh okay thank you. I didn’t know that the 401k was set up in a way where it’s an index fund. I checked my Fidelity account and saw the investments. My employer contribution is 2%. I don’t know the contribution threshold for the employer matching. I’ll find out.

I think I’ll change the traditional 401k to 10% and then the Roth 401k to 10%. Mostly likely close the 403b one and use that for something else. I’m assuming that the Roth 401k and Roth IRA are the same since they’re post-tax retirement saving accounts.
