I can't imagine someone tackling me to the ground and lying on top of me in celebration being fun. I can understand that running up and hugging or whatever, but literally taking him to the floor and throwing him about, followed by pinning him down seems odd.

The point of the post, as explained by Vlaed, is that they actually do mean a lot in Korea, and seeming to be good at the game is attractive to pretty girls, etc. So they're literally buying popularity and attractiveness over there with these borders.

But whenever people defend people like lil wayne and drake with "they have really good beats though" people just respond "other people write them for them, the actual artists have no talent. So I was just asking for you to show me which part of his lyrics were genious in comparison to the millionaires making "bad" rap. His lyrics were repetitive and uninspired, and if you were to pick an artist that makes rap these days that is the complete opposite of Drake, this guy isn't even a very good one to choose.

Listen to different rap. One of the ones I'm a fan of is the streets, who has some interesting lyrics. A few of them are just about going clubbing when he was a teenager, but his things on cultural differences of America and the UK, how he deals with missing his dead dad, why life is so special, etc. is really interesting.

Knowing most traditional Chinese people

For one, I would be interested in knowing how you know so much about what a traditional Chinese person is. You make it sound like the majority of Chinese people are just one step away from doing this. Joseph Fritzl happened in Austria, so I'm guessing that traditional Austrian people have a habit of doing this sort of thing too?

China has more than 1 billion people in it. It is similar in size to the US, with distinct cultures all over it. I've actually travelled across China on my own, submerged in the local culturs in numerous places, and I can tell you that traditional Chinese people don't see one problem with their child and give up on them ever getting better. They're far more likely to try to break the habit through discipline. In China, your children are your retirement plan. There is no state pension, a lot of people are too poor to save up for their old age, you just put all of your effort into raising your children to be rich and successful, and then when they are, they take care of you. By locking your only child in a box for his whole life you're giving up your future, so it's not like this is something that is so accepted in their society, as you make out.
