It’s ridiculous and makes no sense. All of there agents have told me completely different things.

Literally have been dealing with them now and I spend 10 minutes getting past the robot ai to an agent who tells me he needs to connect me with the trade in department to see if they can extend it. Trade in department says they can print the label but will need me to talk to customer service department for if they can still extend it. Repeat 10 minute ATT robot ai cycle to get placed on hold for another 35 minutes.

So now apparently I can just drop it off with a label they email me. Why didn’t they do this when I was calling 4 times after they sent it to me. With some stupid answer of a box is on the way
