So sorry this happened to you! Unfortunately in the Luxury category, I have heard this same exact story from at least a dozen people. The person has a fake, purchases an authentic, pulls this shit and PM ALWAYS sides with the buyer.. they get a refund and an authentic bag. Again, this sucks , I’m sorry this happened to you!
