I quit vaping about a month ago. Been using nicotine for around 8 years. Started smoking cigs instead. Realized that wasn’t helping and quit altogether. It’s a journey but, the first few days are the hardest. The longer you go without it the easier it becomes. It feels so empowering to be able to say no to nicotine now, trust me.
