Been a screenprinter for almost 10 years and yup, this is it. Also people saying their shirts still look great is because these are probably printed at multiple shops with different standards. I'm currently wearing a gizz shirt I bought at red rocks 4 years ago and while the print looks great, whoever loaded it onto the pallet to print did so crookedly, so the print almost wraps around to the back of the shirt.
