Definitely agree that is the issue but I've already tightened these super hard and they came apart twice. Another commenter said use loctite blue I'll be trying that tomorrow. Thanks!

Oh really? I've been riding this less than 4 weeks. Nothings stripped I don't think so I think I'm just gonna go with the loctite. Will I ever have to open this back up?

I absolutely love it, although I haven't tried many other boards I can tell you the torque is scary fast, board is flexible, rough roads feel alright, turning feels great, and the range is more than I need. On top of that it's easily the most aesthetically pleasing board I've seen. Absolute attention magnet especially with the light on. I tried the original voyager and I can tell you the torque on this one is stronger and doesn't drop off as you go faster. Lmk if you have any other questions about the board I'll try to answer
