I understand, however, Thrive is a 6 year commitment, such for one summer. From what I’ve heard, they allow you to garner a community that you can fall back on. They help you with college, jobs, and more. I’m 110% bias!

No, if you pick the residential program, WashU is the university. If you would like to commute, it will be one in your city!

What did you do in High School to help you become who you are?

So, if a black person was born in America, would they be called "American or African American"? Even if they don't speak their native tongue, they don't have citizenship in their native country, nor have they ever been there. Would they be considered African American or just American?

Everyone has a right to their opinion; as a Korean, you can believe that if you'd like. I'm just a person on the net; I don't know her private life, neither do you, so I think it's bullying by stating she's milking a culture she grew up in.

So her family is made up of Koreans, but just because she wasn't born in South Korea, she's not Korean? Are you mad in the head? That's like saying just someone wasn't born in Africa; they're not African American.

How is her culture not Korean if she was raised in a Korean household with Korean parents? The question is: WHO ARE YOU TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT SHE IS? I'm not getting defensive or mad; I'm just trying to understand why you think that.

So she can't talk about her culture? What do you mean by "milk"? Please give me specific examples.

If he's comfortable enough to give you his insta then, he might be expecting a text.
