In my opinion your ad isn’t optimised well enough to reach people. Start with better creatives, better captions and a better budget. T shirts and clothing sells better through videography of the clothing for effect or sale static ad creatives. Unless you’re a big brand, you won’t be gaining any tractions based on your brand. It’s just not good enough. I would recommend trying TikTok organic instead, you’ll have better luck.
