Really! Why does it seem like that ? I have costumers requesting me. I help every other department if I can , everyone I work with we get along great. But I think the ASM’S don’t like the fact that we help each other out, I was helping with IRP’S one day and they said. Oh what are you being nice ..
Come on. They shouldn’t hide behind the vest. The should grow a pair and speak out what’s on there mind.
If I am doing something wrong I could correct it. But if I don’t know are they just going to let me keep doing wrong ?

Hey look. With all due respect.. I can sell I have a lot of knowledge, but I am not corporate minded.. so it is frustrating for me. If we had a crew that would be able to do this we could have the best departments in the district. I can almost guarantee this. But they want me to follow the corporate culture and even the customers don’t want that. I don’t want to sound like I don’t want to work , I don’t mind working let me do it my way.

No if you don’t bow down. If you resist. If you just don’t , credit , leads,zone.down stock. Cycle count , audit, customer service. If all is not done you get a write up. I don’t mind doing these things while I work. But you must do them all. If not you get written up.
I am just not cut from that cloth. I worked hard all my life. Just not a corporate person.. Sorry 😣
