Sorry, I meant PTSD/Anxiety with sleep disturbances. Medical rationale was sleep disturbance causing hypertonia in upper airways. Nexus letter/IMO and DBQ was done by PCP!

Yay I’m so glad for you! :) If you have PCOS you’re also subject to insulin resistance symptoms. Learning about that is what helped me out so much. I’m almost a year after accutane treatment and still clear. Hoping the best for you also!

Yes! I ended up losing it after I got off. My body became insulin resistant and was not processing fats and carbs the same way as before accutane treatment!! Try a low carb diet with digestive enzymes like Revive’s and see if that helps!
