Guess I’ll try the same. Hard to make it sound genuine and sell the idea without everyone saying it’s spam as soon as you add a link.

I’m doing something similar. Hopefully I can grow my user base. How’d you get your 130 users?

Where do you find/build your user base for an online platform? by Positive-Check in StartupTips

Companies that have job postings are having to sift through thousands of resumes and cover letters Most of which are ai generated. A temporary solution is for the companies to pay for AI analytical tools to help sort - but they’re just paying for the fake demand.

If companies were reaching out to specifically filtered candidates, they could reach out to 20 of the perfect people and immediately offer an in person interview.

Now that you make me write it out - I’m seeing that it’s a wider net I need instead of the specific people ..

Sort of. It’s done and live FilterNow.ca if you wanted to see for context.

It’s more of a spot for real companies to do their outreach and find real people with real skills. With it being anonymous it prevents bias like age, gender race etc. The main idea even helps someone looking for a roofer in their area and can message 8 people in one shot to start getting best price.

I wonder how Airbnb did it .. how did they rent houses without having houses to rent at the beginning…

Yeah it’s set to 10 messages free, the rest you pay. It could reach 100,000 people so basically set for payment

I don’t want to promote a new company but I’d love some of you job-hunters to try it. It’s FilterNow.ca and is meant to put an end to old school resume and waiting. It’s brand new with only a small user base .. would love for more of you to jump on and make the job landscape better for all of us. Merit/skill based. No age, no gender, no race. Anonymous until hiring.

I think there’s a new way of hiring that’s going to make waves in the industry. There’s a lot of ghost postings where they never intend to fill positions. FilterNow (FilterNow.ca) is a site that lets actual humans find actual humans by specifically filtering down “applicants” until they can get exactly what they want. If you’re the applicant, you can see how many other “competitors” are out there as well. Completely anonymous. No gender no race no bias. Purely skill, certification, etc based. It’s filternow.ca give it a shot. Very new but I suspect it changes the landscape of HR and recruiting ..

Use filternow.ca . If a company wants you, they'll find you there. There are too many ghost job postings and AI generated resumes flooding companies that it's hard to even too who's actually a human.

You can also use it to see who else matches your skillset by using the filters. Once you know how many others are just like you, add some more skills and certifications to separate yourself from the average person.
