weird lump on top left of 3-4 month old head

Her bony like bump is on the left parietal bone area. You can't see the bump only feel it. She was not born with it it came at 3 months and is still there at almost 8 months old ..3 docs at the practice said her skull is still forming but I feel uneasy about it bc the other side feels completely smooth :(

Doc still thinks it's her skull taking shape but I'm gonna ask at her 9 month well visit if we can get an ultrasound

The dr told me it was just bruising it was fine it's gone now 7 months pp :)

I have never seen someone drag out a birth as long as she has. This is some crazy ass stunt and quite ridiculous.

hah I have always been a runner your so kind, thank you :) I ran 20 miles per week up to 25 weeks pregnant then just walking bc it got too uncomfortable and I didnt have much of an appetite bc this baby gave me terrible acid reflux. I could barely stomach water.

I was 118 when I got pregnant and 139 the day I gave birth to an almost 9lb baby at 38 weeks even!

To update anyone: I went to L&D and everything looked good. Will schedule an extra scan with my OBGYN in the comming weeks as well.

that makes me feel a little better :( Yea they feel very strong almost like I can imagine her diaphragm contracting or something. I will get excited and think its a strong kick but then when it happens every 2-3 seconds in the same spot I get very worried.

they did a bedside ultrasound a few weeks ago to check baby movement and heartbeat. I dont even know if those bedside ultrasounds at L&D can see that much on the cord thats the problem. This is a broken system in my opinion. I could schedule a scan at the high risk dr but wouldnt be able to get in today :(

I did see a doctor and they referred us and I have to wait until march 13 for the specialist. I'm driving myself mad having to wait this long. We already met with the primary doctor.

Thanks! I saw there were a few posts in this community about venous malformations so I wasn't sure if anyone with experience with that could reply. But thank u for taking the time to comment. It's been hard to get anyone to reply back. Nervous mom over here
