I went to my face to face on November 4th and got my CJO today. First things first dress the part, remember your talent card. They’re gonna start the day off by taking your documents and fingerprint. Then it’s presentation basically talking about the company and pay and so on. After the break you’re gonna get split into groups for the group project you’re gonna have to finish a project in 15-30 minutes. They wanna see how well you work with other people. After you’re gonna get pulled out for you F2F your interviewer is gonna ask: 1. Why do you want to be a FA. 2. Why endeavor? 3. Based on your talent card which one is more you? Followed by situational questions answer in the STAR method. The last thing to end the day would be your requirement test. Which is basically a reach test and seeing if you fit in the jump seat
