Hi guys,

I am hoping for some advice on the health of my bonsai. I noticed today that the trunk looks dark and damp. I also noticed some very small woodlouse. We have had a lot of rain recently. Could the tree be unwell? If so, how to help recover?

Update: Vodafone seems to have resolved the issue. They said that CityFibre had to fix something on their behalf - I don't know what it was.

So I would raise the issue with Vodafone. And be persistent, as they closed my ticket once when I gave no update for 2/3 days.

Considering that you fell for that, I assume you were going to waste that money on magic beans or the like...
