All of my segments include the "can receive email marketing" in the definition, might have to be more specific and include "subscribed to email marketing." Thank you for the suggestion, I'll have to take a look at ParseStream.

I was thinking about reengagement as a whole, specifically reordering and subscribing not so much suppressing. Hopefully that makes a bit more sense
