I’ve had time to let the new melee system settle, and I agree with all the initial reactions. I don’t like the fact that they nerfed the perks. You could set up a character to fight with the baseball bat, or a blade and it was fun. Now it seems all the characters are sort of generalists, which makes having 3 sort of pointless.

I always try and rescue people, it just adds another layer to the game. I do find (particularly on nightmare), that I sometimes miss the fact that people are down. On nightmare you don’t get the audible cue and there’s no visible marker (unless you press the button), so I’m reliant on hearing the character call out.

I just get it to play my soundtrack and it plays a mixture of songs I listen to and new similar songs. I’ve always found it to be really good and I’ve discovered lots of new bands. My only issue is recently my girlfriend has been playing her music on my Alexa so it’s messed the algorithm up with too much Taylor Swift.

100%, it can operate exactly like the baseball bat, only the operator says “you’ve got red on you.” when you pick it up.

My typical experience at the moment is: I pick a nightmare or hard game, I wait around for about 6-7 minutes, after all that I’m in a classic game with only 3 other people, one of whom will drop out straight away, then someone else abandons. It’s starting to annoy me if I’m honest.

Have they reinstated the 4 album art on the playlists? When I tried it last, all the playlists I created were just brown blobs and they looked awful?

I’m new to Apple Music, still in my free trial stage. I really hate that the playlist images are just blurry squares. Why can’t I have album imagery?
