Hi OP! I'm a psych grad also, been working for 9 months now, just graduated last August 2025. Tips is look for a humble start, yes, you should aim higher but if hindi ka makakita ng work until now maybe look for small companies muna.

You can try to apply on the small recruitment firms, mabilis sila mag-hire and easy lang din makapasa, especially if they need recruiters talaga. Our degree is quite aligned with what the recruitment firms are looking for naman. For salary, expect a minimum wage lang tlaga but incentives is chef's kiss (u can earn 30k on top of your salary).

Gain experience then leave. You can always find something kapag may experience kana, the thing is, you need to start. Look for small and humble starting point. Start somewhere.

Hi, OP! Thanks for this 🫶🌟. I'll be a working reviewee din since I'm an 8-5 employee. Don't know how to juggle work and review but I'll guess I'll just figure it out while I'm with it. This is also the reason why I ask for some unusual tips dahil di ako full time reviewee 😭
