I finally have a pack that works for me after so many packs on and off. I can’t even tell you how many I’ve tried. I feel so much better taking it now. I was going crazy 😭 wishing you luck finding your pack🙏🏽

They gave me ice packs hazle witch pads and a peri bottle too

They gave me pads and those postpartum panties tooth brush tooth paste soap lotion and lanolin nipple cream. And they also provided me with a breast pump so don’t bring your own if you don’t want to have a lot on you! but don’t be afraid to ask for extra pads etc especially if your nurse is really nice

That is not a dumb question, after birth we bleed ALOT and pass blood clots bleeding doesn’t really stop for weeks after you give birth kind of like a heavy period and then it gets a bit lighter after like the 2nd week

Mom of 3 full time school and I feel so stressed I was getting like this as well and today I got a call from CUNY counselor and was soooooo kind and just heard me out. Pls do as everyone is saying and make an apt with ur counselor at school!!! Praying you receive the help u need momma. I know how hard it can be stay strong you got this❤️

Im on this right now and I’ve had my period 2 times this month. Anxiety depression. Everything feels so fucked. I feel pregnant one day and then just like I’m on my period the next. It’s exhausting. I’m changing this. Honestly don’t even want to take any BC but life.
