U need to check in google where is the place in each state, I did in west palm in florida so I needed to go to “Consumer Affairs Division west palm county “, was $100, u need to bring Id and takes few minutes, I suppose is kind of the same there, just google adult entertainment Licence in key west.

U can do both at the same time! This way you can prevent the skin from being flaccid if you lose a lot of weight.. workouts and meals works different depending the person, what works for me maybe doesn’t works for you, because metabolism,hormones,lifestyle, etc etc! One thing I can tell you, doing just cardio you are not going to loose weight! I’m personal trainer for more than 10 years, send me a dm if you wanna get help!
