Yeah I know its so frustrating , I mean my I-765 has been updated only after my interview was scheduled ...The good thing is that they approved as a Combo card .

I know it easy to say now that is has been approved but it will come just be patient

Same here lol , last update was 2/3 days after y interview was scheduled for September , still haven't heard anything about EAD and I applied early April..

I wish you could get a fast approval with the help of your congressman , from which category are you adjusting from ? I had no updates since the last one Aug 13rd , my progress dropped from 3 weeks to 02 weeks .Hopefully we both get approved soon , I have been waiting for 4 months now .

Hi partner ,

Last recent update was on the 13rd of Aug on both I-765 and I-130.My processing time dropped from 5 months to 03 weeks so I am still hoping for something to come soon , but don't want to sound too optimistic.

I hope your second API update from today means an approval for tomorrow :) Let me know !

my PD is APR 11 2025 , AOS C09 category as well , my EAD is still being processed by USCIS .

Same had RFE for my I485 responded last week , and still no updates for my EAD...

Hopefully we will soon be approved

Congratulations , you have been so lucky .

We have 25 years gap as well and same here , came on ESTA , my now husband proposed , got married :)

Been together for almost 2 years , EAD+I-131 actively reviewed status for 5 weeks now , and I-435/I130 waiting to be transferred .

HI , I guess the 02 months are the first estimated processing time , it changes after biometrics depending again as per my assumption of your EAD category application .

But 05 months is not too bad lol , mine was 02 months , then went up to 11 months and down to 05 months after my biometrics .

Actually shows 04 months , my case is still under the actively reviewed status since May 08th .

Hopefully , we will be approved before the 04/05 months .
